Event Guidelines

For Online Sales

1. Please carefully review the lot pictures before purchasing. The pictures can be zoomed in for detailed viewing.

2. Due to the lighting used, in some pictures, the color in picture is brighter/lighter than the actual color when seen under the normal light. Please take that into account when buying.

3. We accept all major credit cards plus Paypal. Address will be sent to the purchaser once when payment is made.

4. Please be sure you are able to pick the item up before buying or biding.

5. Please bring prove of sale and ID for pickup.

6. If you can’t make the pickup window, please call ahead to make special pickup arrangements before purchasing. However, there is a very limited time frame for any special pickups.

7. Please bring your own packing and moving material, as well as additional people to help, for the pickup. And please keep in mind that some of the furniture may require some disassembly, so please bring your own tools as well.

8. All sales are final. Refund can be issued only in case when the description and pictures of an item is grossly inaccurate. If you discover such a case, please let us know immediately so we may rectify it.

9. There’s no buyer’s premium for our online sales, including online auctions, but sales tax will be charged based on the pickup location.

10. Again, all sales are final. All items are secondhand items which are sold AS IS and AS FOUND with no warranty or guarantees given or implied. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges if you change your mind. Thank you for your
